How approval works

Each month’s batch arrives by the 25th as one email with a preview link.
Reply “OK” to approve it all. Or reply with numbers: “#4: say 20% off, not 15%. Drop #9.” Revisions come back within 2 business days (Pro: 1).
Prefer not to be chased? Turn on “auto-approve after 3 business days” in the intake form. It is off unless you turn it on.
Something urgent, like closed tomorrow, sold out or bad weather? Email us. We pause, swap or post within 1 business day, up to 2 times a month at no extra cost.

Cancel anytime. One email. No further charges from your next billing date. After the first month we don’t refund part-months, and posts you already approved still go out unless you ask us to pull them.
You own it all. Your accounts, your pages and every post, graphic and video we make. When you leave, we send everything in one download within 5 business days and remove our access.
No fake growth. We never buy followers, likes, engagement or reviews, and we never promise follower numbers.

Questions

Before you write to us

Who writes the posts?

We do. Fortune Made drafts each month from your intake form, your website, your offers and your photos, then checks every post against your brief and our checklist (facts, prices, hours, spelling, tone) before you see it. You are the final editor. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Is it AI?

Partly, and we say so openly. We use AI tools to draft captions and plans, AI voices for video voiceovers, and sometimes AI illustrations. Your own photos always come first. We never make fake photos of your food, rooms, staff or customers, and we never write fake reviews. Where Meta, Google or another platform asks for an AI label, the post carries it.

Do you need my password?

Never. Meta uses Business Suite partner access, Google uses a Manager role on your Business Profile, and LinkedIn and YouTube use their own admin roles. You stay the owner and can remove us in one click. If anyone, including us, asks for your password, say no.

Will you grow my followers?

We make your pages look active, professional and current, which is what customers check before they call or visit. We don’t buy followers or engagement and we don’t promise numbers. Your monthly report shows the real figures from Meta and Google.

What if I don’t like a post?

Reply with its number and what to change, and we send a new version within 2 business days (1 on Pro). Still not right? We drop it and write another.

Can we talk on the phone?

We work by email only, on purpose: everything is in writing, nothing gets lost, you answer when it suits you, and it keeps our prices low. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Mountain Time.

What do I need to send you?

The 10-minute intake form, your logo and any photos you have. We can start from your website and Google listing alone, but real photos of your place, team and products always do better.

What businesses is this for?
