Questions

Can you do one order with different items for each department?

Yes. Each item needs 25 pieces, but a department can share an item with another. For example 30 quarter-zips for front desk and sales, 25 tunics for housekeeping and 55 tumblers for everyone.

Do you do name tags with each person’s name?

Yes. Magnetic oval name tags with your logo in full color are $16 each at 25+, $12 at 50+ and $10 at 100+. Individual names are quoted by email; send the name list and we confirm the price in one business day.

How do you collect sizes from a big team?

We send a size form (a link or QR code for the break room). You check the list, we make the order, and each piece comes back tagged with the person’s name and sorted by department.

Can we see a sample first?

We send the maker’s product details and a free digital proof with your logo, and we change the proof until it is right. Nothing is made until you approve it.

When should we order for the holiday party?

For mid‑December, shipped by ground: tumblers and bottles by Nov 13, camp mugs and journals by Nov 12, apparel, uniforms, name tags and amenities by Nov 11, slippers by Nov 11, gift boxes by Nov 6. See the order-by dates.

How do we pay?

Online: by card at checkout when card payment is open (until then the cart emails us your order and we reply with how to pay). On a quote: a 60% deposit starts production and we invoice the balance when the order ships (check, ACH or card).
