Every guest answered, every listing right.

Free Review & Listing Health Check

A person reads your public pages the way a guest does and counts what guests see. Nothing to install, no login, no card.

What we look at

  • Google: how many of your last 20 reviews have a reply, how fast you reply, personal or copy-paste replies, and profile gaps: hours, photos, description, unanswered questions.
  • Tripadvisor: replies to recent reviews and whether your listing is claimed.
  • Booking.com and Expedia: review score, replies, photo count and how well the description sells your rooms.
  • Your own website: works on phones, has a booking link, shows where to read and leave reviews.

What you get

$0 free, by email

  • A one-page report with a 0–100 score: the higher it is, the more guests see silence or gaps.
  • 3 reply drafts for real reviews of yours, ready to post if you like them.
  • The fixes in order, from quickest to biggest.

2 · Review replies

LodgeHand: a reply to every review, in your voice

Software for independent hotels that drafts a professional, personal reply to every guest review. You approve each reply before it is posted.

What it does

  • Every channel: replies to guest reviews on Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia, in one queue.
  • Any language in, professional English out: you see which language the guest wrote in.
  • Critical reviews go to the GM first: a short summary, 2–3 suggested actions and an example reply, before anything is posted.
  • Older reviews too: drafts for past reviews that never got an answer, approved in batches and posted at a steady pace.
  • Reports: reviews per channel, rating trend, reply rate and time, topics guests mention, staff named in reviews.

3 · Listings

OTA Quality Control

Your Booking.com, Expedia and Google listings are often the first thing a guest sees. We go through each one:

  • Photo order and missing photos (rooms, bathroom, breakfast, parking, the view)
  • Descriptions: who the property is for, what is nearby, room by room
  • Amenities and policies: complete, current and the same on every channel
  • Review replies on each channel
  • Compared with nearby competitors on the same platforms

Report + fix pack

$149 one time

A report of every gap and a ready-to-paste fix pack: new descriptions, amenity and policy corrections, a photo order and reply drafts. Your staff applies it.

Done for you

$299 one time

We apply the fixes ourselves. You add Fortune Made as a user in the Booking.com extranet, Expedia Partner Central and your Google Business Profile, and remove us when we are done.

Your accounts stay yours: we never ask for your password and never connect to your front-desk computers. Each platform lets you add a user and remove it again.

4 · Review cards

Review cards: tap or scan, no app

NFC and QR on every piece, with your logo. One wording for every guest: “Leave us a review — the good and the bad.” The tag opens your own review page; we write it, lock it and test it on an iPhone and an Android before it ships.

Sample Review Stand: clear acrylic stand with a cream insert, your logo, Leave us a review, tap phone here or scan
Review Stand, sample artwork
Sample room card, front and back: Leave us a review, tap your phone or scan the code, and a front-desk line
Room card, front and back, sample artwork

Review Stand

Clear acrylic stand, 5 × 7 in insert with your logo, NFC tag and QR code.

Room cards

$79 set of 25

Credit-card size, NFC inside, QR code and a front-desk line on the back.

Staff cards

$49 set of 5

Badges with a clip and a one-line way to ask, for the people guests talk to.

Review Kit

$149 1 stand + 25 room cards + 5 staff cards

Everything above, $18 less than buying each one.

Pre-order: delivered 10–14 days after you confirm your logo and review link. Prices include programming, testing and US shipping.

Fair to guests, safe for you: we never offer rewards for reviews and never filter out unhappy guests. Every guest gets the same card, with no stars on it, and the link goes straight to your review page. That is what Google, Tripadvisor and the FTC require.

Questions

Before you write to us

Who are you?

Fortune Made LLC, a small Utah company (PO Box 132, Moab, UT 84532). We also build learning apps and websites and make branded gifts for teams. The founder reads every email. About the company.

How does payment work?

The free check is free: no card, no login, nothing to sign. When you order a paid service, we confirm the price in writing and you pay by card through Stripe. Nothing is charged before you order.

What happens to our data?

We only use what you share with us and what your public listings show. We never sell it. For done-for-you work you add us as a user, so you can remove us any time, and we never ask for your password or connect to your front-desk computers. Privacy.

Is this a bot?

AI writes the first drafts. A person checks each one for tone and facts, and the hotel approves everything before it is posted. Nothing goes public without your OK.

Can you get us more stars?

Nobody can honestly promise that. We help you answer every guest well and keep your listings accurate. We never buy, filter or hide reviews.

Where do you work?

With independent properties across the US, by email. For now we do not take lodging clients in Grand County, Utah.
