Good to know

Before you order

Logo placement: keep it small and clean on client gifts. An engraved logo on a tumbler gets used; a giant print does not.
Timing: many offices close the last two weeks of December. Aim for gifts to arrive by mid‑December.
One proof: you approve how the logo and the card look before anything is made.
No surprises: every price includes one logo; Utah sales tax is added only for orders shipped to Utah; shipping is shown before you pay.

Questions

How many client gifts do we need to order?

25 pieces of an item at minimum. Many companies split the list: 25–100 of a smaller gift for everyone, and 25 boxed sets for the top accounts.

Can you ship each gift straight to the client?

Yes, on a quote. Send the address list with your request and we quote shipping per address. Online orders ship to one address in the contiguous US.

Can we add a card with our own message?

Yes. Gift boxes include a printed card with your message. For single items, tell us the message in the order notes and we quote the card.

Are client gifts tax-deductible?

Under IRS rules (Publication 463), a business can deduct up to $25 per recipient per year for business gifts. Costs such as engraving, packaging and mailing generally do not count toward the $25. Ask your tax advisor how it applies to you.

When should we order for the holidays?

To have gifts in hands to send in mid‑December, shipped to you by ground: bottles, candles and chargers by Nov 13, journals and padfolios by Nov 12, the sherpa throw by Nov 11, the 20 oz tumbler by Nov 16, gift boxes by Nov 6. See the order-by dates.

Will our logo be on the gift or the box?

On the gift itself, engraved, embroidered or printed, and on a sticker that closes the box. We show both on the free digital proof.
